Litbuy Spreadsheet 2026: The Rebuild Report

Litbuy Spreadsheet Guide · 5 7 月, 2026

The 2026 Litbuy spreadsheet refresh looked incremental in the changelog and was structural in practice. This is the rebuild report — what shifted, and why it matters.

Shift 1: Category IDs are frozen

Every category now has a stable numeric ID. Shoes are 911. T-shirts are 913. And so on through 921 for Other Stuff. Bookmarks and QC threads keyed to these IDs no longer break.

Shift 2: Coupon step moved

The shipping coupon step moved from product checkout to parcel submission. See the decision tree for how this changes coupon strategy.

Shift 3: Per-listing QC aggregation

Community QC photos now aggregate on the listing page rather than in individual order histories. Researching a listing no longer requires hunting Discord threads.

Shift 4: Category pruning

Roughly 15% of 2025 listings were removed as delisted or unreliable. Signal-to-noise went up meaningfully.

Shift 5: Mobile browsing rebuild

Category browsing on phones was rebuilt from scratch. Filter chips replaced vertical accordions. Mobile experience went from painful to usable.

What did not shift

  • The eleven main categories are the same set.
  • The QC finder tool works the same way with better data.
  • Listing URLs still use category-XXX paths.

Should you re-open the sheet?

Yes, even if you shopped in 2025. Category stabilization alone justifies a fresh scroll. Open the homepage. Read the first-week playbook for orientation.
