Litbuy Sizing Chart: Reading Asian Measurements

Litbuy Spreadsheet Guide · 5 7 月, 2026

Sizing is where new Litbuy spreadsheet buyers most often go wrong. Labels are misleading. Charts vary by seller. Only measurements are reliable.

Why labels lie

Asian sizing conventions are not standardized across factories. One seller’s XL fits like a US L; another seller’s XL fits like a US M. Label alone tells you nothing.

The flat-measure method

  1. Pick a garment you already own and love.
  2. Lay it flat on a table.
  3. Measure chest width, length, sleeve length (for tops).
  4. For pants: waist, rise, inseam, thigh.
  5. Compare against the seller’s numerical chart, not the label.

Common category rules of thumb

  • T-shirts and hoodies: Asian XL for US L.
  • Shoes: about half a size below US.
  • Pants: waist measurement is truth.
  • Jackets: measure chest and length carefully.

What to do if the chart is missing

Ask the seller. Most respond within 24 hours with measurement details for their specific listing.

The stretch factor

Knit fabrics stretch. Woven fabrics do not. A 90 cm chest on woven jacket is smaller than 90 cm chest on knit hoodie. Adjust expectations.

How to test

Order T-shirts first. Cheap way to calibrate on Litbuy sizing before ordering anything expensive. See the T-shirt guide.
