Litbuy QC Finder: The Zoom-In Method

Litbuy Spreadsheet Guide · 5 7 月, 2026

Most buyers skim Litbuy QC finder photos. That is the wrong approach. Defects hide in the details — details that only reveal themselves when you actually zoom in.

The zoom-in method

For every QC photo, do four zoom passes:

  1. Full frame. Overall silhouette. Does the shape look right?
  2. Zoom to logo / brand tag. Font weight, alignment, color exact?
  3. Zoom to stitching seam. Consistent stitch length, no skips, no puckering?
  4. Zoom to finish detail. Hem, cuff, drawstring tips — the smallest details.

What each zoom pass catches

  • Full frame catches wrong silhouette or wrong item.
  • Logo zoom catches color drift and print sharpness issues.
  • Stitching zoom catches structural quality.
  • Finish zoom catches lazy production.

Why zooming works

Human vision fills in details unconsciously. Zooming forces you to actually look at what is there, not what you expect. Almost every defect that ships is a defect that was visible at zoom but ignored at full frame.

Photo quality prerequisites

  • Natural light or 5000K LED.
  • Sharp focus — blurry photos cannot zoom.
  • Multiple angles.
  • Neutral background.

The three-QC minimum

Zoom-in method on three separate QC photos from independent buyers is the minimum for a big-ticket decision. Single QC + zoom is fine for cheap items.

Integrating with the loop

Zoom-in is the QC verify stage of the loop system. Beginners: read the green-yellow-red framework for category context.
